Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AOne ERP Solutions website and platform, operated by Al Adan Trading LLC ("AOne", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the site or platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Using our services

You may use AOne ERP Solutions only if you can form a legally binding contract with us and are not barred from receiving services under applicable law. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide when requesting a demo, signing up for free access, or configuring your account.

2. Free access and subscriptions

AOne may offer a free tier of the platform on the terms described on the pricing page at the time of sign-up. We reserve the right to modify, limit or discontinue any free offering, or to introduce paid tiers with additional features, with reasonable notice. Paid subscriptions, where applicable, are billed as described at the point of purchase.

3. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at info@aladanone.com if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

4. Your data

You retain ownership of the business data you enter into the AOne platform (customers, transactions, employee records, and similar). You grant us a limited licence to process that data solely to provide and support the service. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) use the platform for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems; (c) interfere with the platform's operation or security; (d) reverse-engineer or resell the platform without our written consent; or (e) use the platform to store or transmit unlawful, defamatory or infringing content.

6. Compliance features

AOne provides tools intended to support UAE VAT reporting, FTA e-invoicing readiness and WPS-formatted payroll files. These tools are aids to your own compliance processes; you remain solely responsible for the accuracy of your filings and for compliance with applicable tax, labour and other regulatory obligations. AOne does not act as your tax agent, auditor or legal adviser.

7. Intellectual property

The AOne name, logo, platform design and underlying software are the property of Al Adan Trading LLC or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you, other than the limited right to use the platform as intended.

8. Service availability

We aim to keep the platform available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend access for maintenance, security or legal reasons, and will endeavour to give notice where practical.

9. Fees and payment

Where paid plans apply, fees are as displayed at checkout or agreed in a separate order form. Fees are exclusive of applicable UAE VAT unless stated otherwise. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of paid features.

10. Termination

You may stop using the platform at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, misuse the platform, or if required by law. On termination, provisions that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

11. Disclaimers

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. See our Disclaimer page for further detail.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Al Adan Trading LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, UAE.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
