Access control
Access within the platform is role-based — each user only sees the modules and records relevant to their role. All administrative actions and record changes are captured in an audit log.
Account security
- Use a strong, unique password for your AOne account.
- Limit the number of administrator accounts on your organisation.
- Review user access periodically, especially after an employee leaves your organisation.

Data ownership
You own the data you put into AOne. We process it solely to provide the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
